Great result last night for our u13s who completed the double by winning the Hurling Shield final against Eire Og. The victory was made all the sweeter by beating them in their own back yard. Both teams traded scores in what was a very even game for the most part.
Goals from Micheal O Muilleán and Ryan O Leary with some fine points scored by Conor O Sullivan, Liam O Keeffe, Darragh Cotter and Jack Donovan ensured there would only be one winner. A late equalising goal from Eire Og sent the game to extra time only for the lads stand up and run out easy winners  by 1-08 to 2-13.
