The Under 10 boys did the club proud on Saturday by winning the John D Whooley memorial football tournament in Ilen Rovers. John D’s grandson Johnny was captain of the winning team. 
To add to the excitement there was a VIP guest / hero presenting the medals - Gold medal Olympian, Fintan McCarthy.
A day for the memory banks.
